5 Days Primate Trekking & wildlife
Day One
Transfer to Murchison falls national park.
Have breakfast and then continue to Murchison falls national park as you drive through the famous Luweero Triangle. Have a stopover for lunch at Masindi town and after continue to the park which is the most stunning protected area in Uganda and has got over 450 bird species and the wild game. You visit the top of these beautiful falls and also enjoy scenery with many bird species present. These include; African Pied Wagtail plus swifts, the Rock Pranticoles, and many birds.

Day Two
Morning breakfast & a launch cruise.
Have breakfast in the morning and then go for a game drive along the northern banks of the river. You wikll get chance to view many savannah woodland birds including; Bruce’s Green Pigeon, Chestnut Capped Weaver, the Saddle billed Stork, Grey Crowned Cranes, the Silver bird, Namaqua Dove, Spotted, Morning Thrush, Common Drongo, and many more. You will also see many animals like the waterbuck, elephants, hartebeest, Rothschild, antelopes and many more. Have lunch and the proceed for the launch cruise on the Nile. The birds that will be seen include; Common Squacco Heron, African Pygmy Giant, Malachite, Green backed Herons, Common Squacco Heron, Pied Kingfishers Goliath, the Purple heron, the crocodiles as well as the hippos. After return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight.

Day Three
Transfer to Kibale Forest National park
Have breakfast and then drive to Kibale forest and this drive will take you through the Albertine Escarpments of the western Rift valley. Upon your arrival in fort portal, you will observe the mountain of the moon, and then drive to your lodge where you will dine and spend a night.

Day Four
Chimpanzee trekking in the forest
Have breakfast and then drive to the park headquarters about the briefing of the dos and don’ts of chimpanzee trekking. During this trek, you will meet many other species of primates like the red colobus, the grey cheeked Mangabeys, the blues, as well as the white and black colobus monkeys. More so, you will encounter insects, butterflies and the bird species. The guide will also lead you through the tree identification and this is an exciting activity in the forest and will also explain to you the features in the forest. After tracking, return to the lodge for your lunch and in the afternoon, you will take a nature walk in the Bigodi swamp.

Day Five
Departure
After having your breakfast, you return to Kampala.
